Warnings and safety information
What the mask protects against
Particle-filtering half masks protect against solid and liquid particles – not against gases, vapours, solvents or lack of oxygen. Painting with isocyanates requires a combination filter.
Tight fit
The mask must seal tightly against the face all the way round. Beards, spectacle arms and hair under the sealing edge cancel out the protection. Check the fit before every use.
Single use
Masks marked “NR” are not reusable: replace them after one shift, or if damaged, damp or noticeably harder to breathe through.
Instructions for use
The instructions and the EU declaration of conformity are enclosed in the pack. Personal protective equipment is no substitute for dust extraction on the machine.
